VISITORS to one of the top adventure parks in the South West can get aboard a new £100,000 train and track named after Prince George of Cambridge.
Puxton's New Train Attraction
Puxton Park in Weston-super-Mare opened back in 2007 and has grown at a rapid rate, adding new attractions year on year to offer real value for money to its visitors.
This year it has invested more than £100,000 on a new 400 metre train track and platform to give tours around the grounds.
The train takes visitors around the lake, through the conservation area and through surrounding fields to offer visitors an added adventure.
To commemorate the birth of the newest member of the Royal Family, Puxton has decided to name the new platform and train after Prince George of Cambridge.
It follows the park naming its new arrival, a red and white Holstein Friesian calf, after the Prince, having been born on the same day.
Puxton's Alistair Mead said: "The world is celebrating the birth of the heir to the throne and we too wanted to commemorate the occasion.
"Our Holstein Friesian calf was born hours apart of the Prince and so we decided to honour his arrival by naming him after Prince George of Cambridge.
"We felt it would be a further honour to name our latest attraction after the Prince to continue the celebration of his birth.
"We continually invest to make Puxton an even better day out and we hope that our visitors will love the new train we have added to the park."
Other new attractions for the summer include Three Little Pigs Rockers and new Farmer Tom's Tractor Track. For further information please contact reception on 01934 523500, visit www.puxton.co.uk or email email@example.com.
