Noisy parties at Clevedon castle land owner in court

The owner of Walton Castle at Clevedon has been summoned to appear in court under the Environmental Protection Act.

Margarita Hamilton, aged 55, who now lives in a Bristol city centre penthouse, is due to appear at North Somerset Magistrates' Court on Friday, February 15.

Mrs Hamilton is charged with breaking the terms of hree abatement orders served last year 'namely that the volume of amplified music is not intrusive to nearby or adjoining properties'.

The case was adjourned from earlier this month for Mrs Hamilton to attend the Weston-super-Mare court and enter a plea.
