Tom said: "My target is to raise £2,000 for VICTA - a charity who look after blind and partially sighted children like my boy Billy."

And at the end of the marathon bag packing session Tom added: "Wow!.

"What a day.

"Thank you so much to all my helpers at Tesco, all the staff there for making us feel so welcome and the generous people who contributed."

He collected £572.53 in the buckets.
