I have never enjoyed getting fit as much as I have since joining bootcamp. I enjoy the variety that each block brings, sessions are always different and the instructor Del keeps you motivated while still having fun. I only intented to sign up for one block but have enjoyed it and gained so much from it that, I have just signed up for my fifth block. I would recommend this to anyone at any fitness level!
Brilliant fun! You will definitely see the benefits if you push yourself, I don't think I've been this fit since I left school! The instructor is a good laugh and will keep you motivated, lots of different routines with a good bunch of people.

Having done three weeks of this so far I've already felt a difference - boosted energy levels and regained confidence to physically push myself again - just the kick -start I was after to get fit. The trainer Del is great, carefully planning every session and it's a lovely group of people. Worth every penny - I've already signed up for another four weeks! P.s. You get a four week nutrition plan along with it - has some really good recipes!
