Polite and professional but I had to make a number of phonecalls to nudge my matter along and at times there seemed to be no ability to think outside the box when a problem arose. That said it was being dealt with by a relatively new recruit who it appeared was out of their depth. Job was done in the end though and no charges for the extra work.
