Great Service and Value

My partners Focus was in a mess after being left unserviced for several years. It wouldn't even start when we tried to take it in. Everything was a wreck on this car, from steering, brakes all the way to the wipers that had welded themselves to the windscreen. They put everything right and although it needed loads of work, the price was perfectly reasonable. They were recommended by a neighbor, and I'm happy they did so, the service was excellent.

    Top quality, highly-skilled service

       

    I live in Watch House Place, have no connection with Ryan and have not used him before. Just collected my bodywork repair. The damage had been challenging. Ryan's gave the best price of three estimates and the repair is first class - done with real (and rare) skill. Coupling that with friendly, efficient service from Ryan, I thoroughly recommend this business.

    I can't make the same 5star reviews based on my experiences...

       

    As a customer i am the client. If I ask for a call to authorise repairs or work before committing to unforeseen expenditure then that is what I expect. Yet no call and a rash excuse whilst we question the higher than expected bill. Please raise the standards of customer care and we may consider giving you another go?

    Great Service - will def be going back

       

    I booked my car in here for a air-con recharge and valet (Groupon deal). I had to cancel the appointment twice, but that wasn't a problem, they were very flexible in getting me in at the third attempt.

    The work was done very well, and the valet was excellent. My car was a bit of a skip thanks to two young children, muddy shoes and the beach, combined with half eaten bananas, squished up muesli bars etc.

    When I went to pick it up, I hardly even recognised it. The footprints on the dashboard had disappeared, the tyres had been painted, it basically looked new again!

    Great pride in doing a good job. Whilst the job was small, I think it shows good service, so willbe going back whenever I need something more substantial doing.

    Great Service, Great Value

       

    Visited Ryans for the first time recently. Why spend top dollar at a main dealer when you can get better service and the same approved parts from Ryans, I must have wasted thousands £ over the years! I would encourage you to try them out, I was not dissapointed infact I heartily reccomend them!

    Praise for Ryans Garage

       

    Our old Mercedes Vito Van couldn't have looked much worse – spots of rust all over the body work as well as the usual places. Never have we been so impressed by a job well done. So much care – we witnessed all the various stages. And reasonably priced. Our van now looks as good as new - beyond our expectations. We recommend this garage with fulsome enthusiasm.

    I always take my car here for a reliable service.
    Any problem with my car is always explained fully so I understand exactly what is required to fix it. The work is always completed quickly.
